Assembly and debugging of pneumatic valves
Whether the installation accuracy of the pneumatic actuator and the valve is correct will directly affect the safe operation and service life of the actuator. Reasonable installation is to ensure the coaxiality of the actuator shaft and the valve stem.
Before assembling the actuator and the valve: the torque of the valve should be measured, and the required torque should not be exceeded.
After the actuator and the valve are assembled, the pneumatic actuator and the valve are tested at the same time, and the valve is pressurized to the rated sealing pressure. Switch the air intake at two air inlets and observe the opening and closing of the pneumatic valve. There should be no pauses or creeping phenomena. The switch should be flexibly rotated, and repeated tests should be carried out many times.
Pneumatic actuator with solenoid valve:
When debugging, the manual device (the red button of the solenoid valve) should be used for debugging first, and then the power should be turned on for debugging. When manual operation is used, the power supply should be cut off first, and then the manual mechanism should be debugged. When using air source to operate, the worm gear and worm of the manual mechanism should be disengaged first, that is, the small handle should be turned to the automatic position, and the pneumatic actuator is a field instrument.
Maintenance and maintenance should be carried out regularly:
The air source of the actuator should be kept dry and clean, and the air Filter used with the actuator should be regularly drained and drained to avoid entering the solenoid valve and the actuator and affecting normal operation. Under normal use, it should be inspected every six months Once, overhauled once a year.
