Structural features and working principle
1. The gate is composed of door frame, gate, guide rail, sealing strip, drive screw, lifting block nut\hanging lug, adjustable sealing mechanism and other components. The door frame and gate are made of high-quality gray cast iron or ductile iron. The guide rails are arranged symmetrically on both sides of the door frame with stainless steel bolts and locating pins. The guide rail can be cast into a whole with the door frame. The length of the guide rail is generally 1/2-2/3 of the full opening height of the gate, so the whole Structural strength, high rigidity, good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and high pressure bearing capacity.
2. The gate is sealed by the wedging of the wedge device. The sealing material is copper alloy or rubber, and it is researched and equipped after finishing.

It can also be used in combination with manual, electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic hoist to realize on-site operation or remote centralized control. It can also be linked with a microcomputer.

Selection notice
1. The hoist should be determined according to the hoisting force and the degree of automation. For details, please refer to the hoist sample.
2. The design load of the platform should consider the positive and negative two-way pressure.
3. When the screw is slender and closed, H/d>200, the tutoring rack should be set up, and the number is set according to the different depth of the well. The distance should be greater than the maximum opening height of the gate).
4. When working, the lifting rod, coupling, and gate are all moved up and down to form an open-stem valve. The screw does not move during work, and a dark-stem valve that moves up and down is used.

6. The forward pressure head of our company's series valves is less than or equal to 10m. Special orders are required when the head exceeds this head. When both sides of the door bear water pressure and the reverse head is greater than 3m, please choose a two-way gate, and the installation adopts a wall-attached type.
7. The concealed pole gate should be installed in the scenic area or the dense well in the middle of the road. This gate has its own opening and closing device and no special hoist.

Installation matters
1. The user sets the gate and hoist he selected according to the requirements in the pre-buried diagram, and reserves the installation position of the gate and hoist
2. Use the method of hanging a plumb line to embed the embedded parts to ensure that the flatness and verticality errors are within the range of 1.5-3%.
3. Preliminarily fix the gate frame with bolts, and use the method of hanging a plumb line to measure the flatness and verticality of the gate seat. The error is within the range of 1/1000-2/1000. Spacers are allowed, and then the gate is fixed.
4. In order to prevent water leakage, use cement mortar (secondary irrigation) to seal the head around the gate and under the foot of the gate according to the requirements in the installation diagram for connecting the gate and the hoist.
5. Installation of Gate Hoist: screw the screw into the nut of the gate hoist, after the center of the lifting lug and the center of the gate hoist are neutralized, spot weld the bottom plate of the gate hoist and the embedded plate, rotate the screw to make the gate move up and down No jamming, then solder firmly.
Note: 1. Elevation (H) refers to the distance from the center of the gate hole to the bottom of the gate hoist; Hs (head) refers to the distance from the highest water level to the bottom of the gate.
2. The opening and closing forces in the above table are under positive pressure.
3. The tonnage in the table already includes the dead weight of the door cover, but does not include the opening force
4. The amount of pre-opening force is related to the number of wedges, inclination and machining accuracy, generally 60%-100% of the opening force.
5. For the force of the gate hoist, please refer to the opening force + pre-opening force in the table, which is 1.6-2 times the opening force.
6. The opening and closing force of doors of other specifications shall be approximated according to the pressure bearing area with reference to this table.
