The SG4G double-disc expander can be processed according to the amount of expansion required by the user. It can withstand the high pressure limit of 60Mpa (below DN300), has good toughness, and will not cause damage to the expansion JOINT due to improper operation during installation.
The SG4G double-disc expander provides great convenience for the installation and disassembly of various water supply and drainage pipelines, water towers, water pumps, water meters, and valves, and plays a good role in adjusting the expansion and contraction of long-distance pipelines due to temperature differences.
Before installing the telescopic device, loosen the pressure plate bolts, pull the telescopic tube to the installation length, and then tighten it diagonally. Do not bias the device such as overhead use. Both ends must be installed with corresponding fixing brackets.
