JM742X Diaphragm bottom mud unloading valve is composed of main valve, two-position four-way reversing valve, valve clack and other parts. When the two-position four-way reversing valve is in one position, water enters the middle cavity of the main valve, and the upper cavity opens to the atmosphere. The diaphragm drives the valve flap to rise under the pressure of the water, and the main valve opens. Start to discharge; when the two-position four-way is in the two-position position, the water in the middle cavity of the main valve is discharged to the pool, and the upper cavity is filled with water, and the main valve is closed to stop the discharge of sediment. This valve is installed outside the bottom wall of various sedimentation tanks to remove sediment and dirt from the bottom of the tank. The opening and closing action is controlled by the reversing valve, which responds quickly and closes accurately.
